By using Kundli.me (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Kundli.me generates Vedic birth charts (Janam Kundli) from birth details you provide and offers consultation chat sessions with an AI astrologer ("Jyotish Guru" and the premium gurus). Consultations are billed per minuteat the rate per minute shown for the chosen guru before you start. Rates are inclusive of taxes. The clock starts when you send your first question and runs continuously until you end the session or your wallet balance can no longer cover the next minute; the guru's answering time counts as session time, except that answering time beyond the per-answer cap we publish is not billed. Minutes are billed as started minutes, subject to the minimum sitting stated at checkout. Promotional discounts, free first-minutes trials and reward coupons may be granted at our discretion and withdrawn at any time.

2. Wallet balance

Consultations are paid from a prepaid wallet balance that you top up in advance. Money is deducted only for the minutes you actually use; when you end a session, the unused amount stays in your wallet and can be spent on any guru. We never charge you automatically — every top-up is a payment you make yourself. Wallet balance is a prepaid credit for the Service, not a bank account: it is not withdrawable in the product, not transferable to another account, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except that a refund of unused balance may be requested through support as described in our Refund Policy. Bonus credit granted by us (referral bonuses, promotions) is never refundable in cash.

3. Nature of guidance — important disclaimer

Astrological readings are traditional guidance and self-reflection tools. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any future outcome. For any health condition, legal matter or financial decision, always consult a qualified professional. The Service's responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally contain inaccuracies; use your own judgement.

4. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account or a phone number and are responsible for activity under it, including consultations paid from its wallet. You must be 18 years or older, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. A successful top-up credits your wallet with the amount shown at checkout (plus any bonus credit stated there). Rates per minute may change from time to time; a session keeps the rate it started at until it ends, and the rate shown when you start or continue a session is the rate you are billed. 6. Acceptable use

• No abusive, unlawful or fraudulent use of the Service.
• No attempts to extract, resell or systematically copy the Service's outputs or models.
• No abuse of referral, bonus or free-minute programmes (for example, multiple accounts).
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kundli.me's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount actually billed for the session in question.
