Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kundli.me sells digital consultation sessions (₹101 for a 20-minute session of access to Jyotish Guru). Because the service is delivered instantly and in full upon purchase, our refund policy is as follows.

When you are entitled to a refund

• Payment was deducted but your session did not start or was unusable due to a technical failure on our side.
• You were charged more than once for the same session.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days via the Contact page with your registered email and approximate payment time. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

When refunds are not available

• The session was delivered and usable — regardless of satisfaction with astrological content.
• The session expired unused after its 20-minute validity window.
• Sessions activated with a free coupon (no payment was made).

Cancellation

A session begins immediately at checkout, so there is no separate cancellation window. If you paid by mistake and have not sent any message in the session, contact us within 24 hours and we will review it sympathetically.
